In New Hampshire, Northern Carroll, Northern Coos, Northern Grafton, Southern Coos, and Southern Grafton Counties. * WHEN...From midnight tonight to 10 AM EST Friday. * IMPACTS...The cold wind chills as low as 25 to 30 below zero could cause frostbite on exposed skin in as little as 10 minutes.
